Metropolis Microservices for NVIDIA Jetson - Platform services

This level of Microservices is meant for developers to use on their applications. It's closer to the hardware stack and enables developers to efficiently use and monitor the platform's resources. It is a set of domain-agnostic services supporting commonly needed system functionality (also called foundation services). Some of them are:
- Video Storage Toolkit (VST)
- Redis (Message Bus)
- Ingres (API Gateway)
They can be installed by running the following command:
sudo apt update sudo apt install nvidia-jetson-services
